Baseball & Softball Umpires as well as Part-Time Maintenance and Baseball Supervisor.

Baseball Supervisor

Brown County Parks and Recreation is currently seeking a Baseball Supervisor for the upcoming 2017 season. This is a temporary position running from mid April to late June, approximately 20-30 hours per week during evenings and some Saturdays. Responsibilities include overseeing Baseball games, preparing diamonds for play and umpiring when necessary.  The successful candidate should have knowledge of diamond preparation and field maintenance. Must hold a  valid driver’s license and possess the ability to operate a tractor. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Part-Time Maintenance

Brown County Parks and Recreation has an immediate opening for seasonal Park Maintenance.  This is a temporary position approximately 35 hours per week, weather permitting, Mon.-Fri. thru late Fall. Responsibilities include: Mowing, weed eating, collecting and emptying trash, cleaning and stocking restrooms, preparing sports fields and general Park upkeep. Successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license and possess the ability to operate a tractor, mower and other  similar maintenance machinery.
